Gray tweed, owned by John F. Kennedy, custom designed by “H. Harris 2043 E. 59th St. New York, handwritten label sewn on inside pocket: Sen. Kennedy 5/26/55”.

This suit was given to Provi’s son, Hector Paredes, by JFK in Palm Beach at Christmas 1960 and later placed in storage. Subsequently, a note was discovered inside a pocket of the suit from one of JFK’s staff members asking Senator John Kennedy to call Senator Johnson. This note is Lot 138 in this sale.
